After 17 years as one of the oldest Forks WA BNB’s we are always happy to see friends again and to welcome newcomers to our home. When you browse the guest books, you will find that hospitality is one of the top amenities.

THE GOURMET BREAKFAST is a sure delight; our specialty is crepes, served with fresh berries from our garden topped with real whipped cream. We also serve scones, croissants, blueberry muffins, fresh fruit or melons (when in season) and a variety of other specialties. All this is served in the dining area over looking the beautiful Sol Duc river.
Angie has been a homemaker all her life and really brings that homey inviting element to her B&B. On many occasions, guests have commented that they feel like they have stayed with an old friend rather than at a B&B. She knows the area very well and guests credit her with making their visit a success with her suggestions of where to go and what to see.
She loves to decorate and it shows in the way she co-ordinates and places knick-knacks among a mix of antique and comfortable furniture. Her collections are displayed tastefully and her decorations carry to the outdoors and into her flower gardens. Each garden has a theme and blends with the natural beauty that comes from being right on the banks of the Sol Duc river.
Angie’s husband has led an interesting life and adds to the relaxing atmosphere and entertainment with his stories and conversation. He also has a good knowledge of the area, including some of the less traveled sights like the remains of an old pioneer trail on which the “Iron Man of the Hoh” carried the cast iron stove on his back.
Angie McReynolds, Innkeeper:
Our lodging is decorated with the outdoorsman in mind, accented with a touch of lace and elegance.
OUR GROUNDS are a treat to the eye. We love trees and the center of our grounds is a towering grove of evergreens and conifers mixed with other species of flowering and ornamental trees. These are all mixed among two generations of old growth stumps carpeted by lilies of the valley, sheep choral and other natural flora and fauna.
Walk the miles of private roads just across the river or bring your bicycle to ride these same roads overlooking the scenic Sol Duc river valley. Fishermen can launch their boat in the morning and not worry about shuttling their boat trailer. While men are fishing, wives can enjoy the local gift shops.
